METH BANK? -- Woman Arrested For Accidentally Depositing Meth In ATM

Bremerton, WA (AHN) - A woman who deposited an envelope of money in a local ATM was apprehended by police, after realizing that the envelope had inside it a bag of methamphetamine.
The unnamed woman, aged 18, was reported to police by an employee of the Kitsap Credit Union who found the bag of meth inside her deposit envelope.
According to the Canadian Press, police suspect that the woman had accidentally included the bag of meth when she drew the money from her back pocket for deposit.
Upon being contacted by the authorities, the woman admitted that she had indeed been using meth, and she may have accidentally placed the bag in the envelope with the cash.
The Kitsap Sun reported that the bag, upon investigation, tested positive for the drug.
The woman was arrested and charged with one count of possession of meth.
