Prison is supposed to be a punishment. Why are they are they playing softball and tennis? It's very simple. You put them a damn cold wet dark cell with a hole in the floor for them to crap in. Feed them nothing but bread and water. No visitors, no tv, no time outside, no fucking nothing already.
