Yes 3 people ran and Bill got the most votes. Safe to say that some of that 20% Ross Perrot got would have gone to Bill pushing him over 50%. Anyways who cares Lincoln never got close to 50% either time he won.
Not only did GW Bush not get 50% in 2000 he didn't even get the most votes.
