I'm pretty sure Cox is using some sort of powerboost which really inflates the test scores. You aren't getting those speed 24/7. You get that speed for a few seconds maybe a minute then back down to normal.
In fact thier website for LV says the max tier is 10Mbps/1 Mbps and to top it off you have a 60 GB a month cap. Fuck that.
