None of those states (except maybe Arkansas) would vote for Hillary and Obama's chances aren't much better down there.
McCain would do far better stealing Obama and women voters
nationwide from the democrats by picking Condoleezza Rice.
I'm not particularly thrilled with McCain or Rice but that would be the smart thing for him to do.
