Yes, they are 300 different ips on 300 different class c's. Many of the sites however are on free host domains. I don't see this as being a problem, as most of the free hosts have been around for while and offer pretty stable hosting.
Relevant links, yes I hope also. They are all adult blogs. For this package I will be concentrating on more "mainstream niches" - teens, cams, lesbian, etc, but eventually I hope to be able to offer very specific niche packages with on these 300 ips and further ones to be created into the future - as explained above, this is a long term project.
I'm glad you think it's very cheap. Personally I think it is great value and am considering pricing it higher. All the same though my goal here is to get an injection of cash to carry on the construction of this network, so maybe the price is ok as i'm sure when this is released it should sell fast.
