I'm guessing none of you know how to help. All he asked was if anyone knew who the company was so his lawyer could contact them.
Jumping in with your personal opinions and guesses about what he should or shouldn't of done, wasn't the question.
6 foot 4, I'll ask around and see if anyone knows of them, and you and your group and can talk to theirs. That's how it works.
As for someone copying your site, well, anyone that defends that isn't thinking clearly. They knew what they were doing when they registered it, especially when they found out you existed. Some think that is okay, but we all take it personal when it happens to us.
