I find it hard to believe that if a long established company WERE going to shave (and I'm speaking generally here) that they would just turn off all sale credits, a 100% shave.
It's probably more likely that you've stuffed up a link code, or they have a problem at their end which isn't properly tracking/crediting your refid.
