The $15 is probably recurring. The $1.50 probably represents a foreign signup. Some of the foreign processors charge cheaper prices in poorer countries, and more expensive prices in rich countries, to capture the most money possible. If I had to bet, thats probably what it is. You should really contact them privately, no one is probably in today considering its sunday. |
