Edit: The new Camry's and Maximas are v6 family haulers that will run low to mid 14's in the quarter mile, so that says alot about how much of a turd the challenger is going to be. There's no excuse for the challenger to dip into SUV weight territory. Also, it's auto only for the first year of production.

First other than weight you are off a bit.
The list price is just under US $38,000, including destination; for that, buyers will get ?
* 0-60 in 4.9 seconds
* Five seats
* Zero to 100 mph and back in under 17 seconds
* Quarter-mile times 13.3 seconds
* 60-0 braking of 110 feet
* Skid pad performance of 0.88 g (or .9g as reported in the launch ceremony)
* A five-speed automatic (no manual transmission yet)
13.3 off the lot is very very acceptable for any musclecar. The car comes stock with 3.06 rear gears. A swap out to higher gearing would more than likely drop you easily into mid to low 12s and a little more tweaking and some add ons would get you close to 11. Thats pretty kicking for a 4200lb vehicle.
Its enough to put your ass back in the seat that is for sure.
