had a problem with usb plug and the rep told me they will replace the board but will take a month or so, then i said no... i just ask them to replace my busted remote after 3 days i got the replacement and stock it on the bay after a month i tried to use the remote and i didnt work

change the battery still didnt work

so brought it to service center and i discovered that the replacement they given me is full of scratches at the back and the fucking rep told me that i change it to another busted remote i have and just making fun of them to replace it
