There aren't any programs I would be able to send 5 sales in a day too... None of the programs out there have enough different sites in my niche with enough good content. I do more than 5 sales a day but usually in a given period spread between 10-15 programs. With my sites there's no way to focus all the traffic to one paysites from one program.
