regardless, russia is a HUGE country, with dozens of millions of highly educated people. true. life is hard and people are after the fast dollar, but blacklisting a huge country is a big mistake. even bigger mistake is to "only accept posts from US, UK, and Australia. do you know how many scam artists have been found and trialed in the US? and the UK? and what's wrong with dutch webmasters? italian webmasters? spanish webmasters? fin webmasters? israeli webmasters? luxembourg webmasters? german webmasters? why don't you accept their posts?
your protst doesn't sound anti russian to me. it sounds anti world.

Hey thats a good post, and you place your point well.
Sometimes it's easy to over solve the problem, but the problem I have must be resolved if I am to grow my traffic. Maybe a less radical solution, but I have to think of one first.
