I think that what he means is that you have hosts on here that have been posting for a while; they are accountable for their business. With the good comes the bad. You might get business from GFY?but if your connection goes down, your customer service isn't up to par, etc...that gets publicized as well.

Yeah, could be right, but that happens on WHT too. Just do a search on UnitedColo or Rackspace
In fact, it happens more there as it is, after all, dedicated to hosting.
