Yes, it is possible. She has done set ups like this before, but she just got released from the loony bin yesterday and I think she's too disoriented from being held against her will and also afraid and angry about her father becoming a conservator of her estate to plan such a stunt at this particular time.
Ordinarily it would be ordinary behavior for her to set up stunts like this with her paparazzi boyfriend. She has done it before plenty of times and no doubt she gets a cut of the money. But NOT yesterday just hours after being held in a mental ward, I think that was a traumatic event for her and that her mind was focused on getting her father out of her affairs. She even drove to her attorneys office yesterday to discuss her father overseeing her financial affairs. Turns out that she no longer even has the ability to retain legal counsel anymore. Basically all her rights were taken away. Her father has total control per court order. He can even dictate who she sees etc everything. She can't even sign a legal contract anymore without his permission.
