I still don't get how these people are allowed to take such pics and videos.

That pic posted here the other day of a guy taking an upskirt pic of Paris Hilton sums it up. Imagine that was a member of the public doing it to some random chick ??

But then again, whores like Paris go out with no underwear on anyway, hoping to get such pics taken, si it kinda defeats the argument a little. In her case anyway...
