The main reason is i'm afraid it's bad for her? She will become the Sleazydream of cats? It's not a money issue or anything...
And other problem: It makes her breath smell horrible. Shes usually pretty close to me and i can smell it from 2 meters away and it almost knocks me out.
So anyway, most of you would suggest just giving it every day?

You could always search around for the best pet foods. After my cats UTI..... he is spoiled. I feed him as much protein as possible. Be it canned (people) chicken, canned (people) tuna, tilapia, or fancy feast (flaked kind only--no gravy). There are tons of pet food recipes online but that's a bit too involved for me... It's pretty simple. Feed the cat as close to its natural diet as possible and it'll be healthy.
Dry food *is* cheap but eventually could lead to obesity, UTI, diabetes.. in the long run that will lead to expensive vet bills.
