Dare to comment what? I also know that Medvedev will be a new president, because his rating is very high here. Personally I won't vote for him, but many other will.
Will he become independent? No one knows the answer. When Putin was elected he also was
dependent from Eltzin but you saw that happened after. The same story could happen to Medvedev, or could not... I can't read his mind so I can't answer this question which is very stupid IMHO. Like if you asking me will the dollar continue falling after the next president's elections in the USA. If I could know the answers I could make a VERY HUGE money on it.
