Back to the subject at hand... I never had a problem with taking Saddam out. I had a problem with the agenda behind it.
Why divert attention away from Bin Laden after 9/11 to suddenly feel that Saddam is not such a nice guy over there? Why were there false reports about WMD's that they were so certain were true? Why would Bush so quickly say that Bin Laden wasn't a priority?
There was just TOO MUCH obviously wrong with the whole scenario and that's what upset people.
Now, go back to Desert Storm... had they of removed Saddam then, no one would have blinked an eye. It would make perfect sense. But why just forget about him until after 9/11 and have this desire to get him all of a sudden out of the blue??
