I back what I said BTW - I think we (The richer countries) do need to stop tyrants. We shouldnt just ignore what is going on around the world.....
We cant use the the excuse 'I am american' or 'I am British' why should I care what is happening in the world around us.
I know it sounds trite - but we are citizens of the world first and Americans or Europeans last.
We are obliged to protect each other.
