Well not entirely correct...most of the countries it is an option for a woman to wear it in public but in certain countries like Iran it is the law for a woman to wear it even in public.
Regardless if Clinton, that is if she actually becomes president, decides to wear it or not I dont think it makes her look any weaker. For me it shows that she is respecting the laws of the country...if foriegn dignetaries are expected to follow US laws when they are on US soil why shouldnt it be expected of them to follw the laws of other countries when they are over there..
