I don't have a webcam. My only camera is IN my phone. Now, unless you want to see the backside of my cell there's no point in taking a pic is there?
I highly doubt ppl lie about their phones.. they're under 1k purchases mostly. I don't give huge amounts of respect to guys with fancy cellphones.. do you?
