We use them for non critical use only, as their bandwith is dirt cheap.
And so far, we havent experienced any major down time. They did however upgrade a Router the other day, and sent us an email with about 20 minutes notice of their outage. But the outage only lasted 10 minutes
So all in all pretty cool me thinks
