Oh it was awesome....its amazing how you feel...see so clear, think so clearly....have all this energy....you need to try it....i will tell you all about it...i think i am going to try to keep it up at least weekdays.....and enjoy a little fish and pasta, bread on weekends....but no meat , chicken and crap...it really makes a difference in your life...try it...i did it for 2 weeks....ended it today actually , superbowl made me drink a little and try some steak but little...
