Look, I'm not American so I'll admit right off the bat that I obviously won't be that heavily affected.

BUT ...

If i understand your Mr. Bush properly, the average joe putting his kids through school .. Married for 15 years to the same woman, and terrified to be seen going in to an XXX video store ... is going to have an extra $1300 or something in his pocket?

Holy crap. Windfall guys. Give these guys as much tax credit as possible please!
