And by "quality", I mean no redirects, popups or bullshit like that. 15 good thumbs and pics, and nice layout that sells yet doesn't piss off the average surfer.

Agreed. As the matter of fact, my reviewer looks forward to seeing quality submissions from our regulars and list them happily knowing they won't try to cheat
