OK, so you are suggesting that noone has offered the domain seller a decent price. No way he'd be sitting on that domain if he had received an offer of 5 million. This is not sex.com.
And if he did get an offer of 5 million and didn't sell it then he is either already filthy rich or an idiot.
So I contend that the owner has not recieved any offers any where near a million dollars.
Buyers have wised up a little. Pop.com isn't worth shit, so much money was wasted buying that domain.
