Epoch is the company that once went by the name Paycom.
For the record, the marketing of Paycom.net has ceased entirely. Epoch continues to process as it has since 1996.
As for contemplating the idea of not accepting Visa, I would advise you to seriously reconsider. Visa can account for as much as 70% of your business. Epoch no longer even accepts clients unless they register with Visa. When you consider that the Visa fee is really your only up-front cost for processing, as there are no set-up fees, it needs to be built into your business plan.
