cmon now , anyone would think that meant he had pictures of her dead. i just don't find this very plausible.

Perhaps it's not pics of her body, but some pics that give her enough reason to assume she's dead.
Anyway, speculating about the content of the show isn't getting us anywhere, but I'm pretty sure he will have a stong enough case to get van der Sloot in very big trouble.
