I didn't become aware of the situation (as they didnt send me any letter cause I think their attorney said its not worth it) until Jan. There lawyer made mention of it on a different matter (basically he was developing what history he had with Premier). This is what their lawyer sent me ....
"My cleintss complaint, briefly, was that after the separation your client told Aaron Matthews that Matthews might not want to continue to do business with PIV, and your client supported his recommendation by stating or implying that PIV's principals wree incompetent, lacked technical knowledge, and stability (without his involvment) there was no one left at PIV who knew what they were doing or had what it took to operate successfully. (Prior to the seperation Maththews had suppied adult content that PIV used.) My clients believe that after your clients derogatory statements about them, PIV's ongoing discussions with Mr. Mathews (about increasing his supply of content to PIV) suffered, thereby resulting in a diminution of profits that PIV otherwise would have achieved."

You know God Damn well when the PIV contract with you was terminated .... and you know god damn well that it was before the seperation agreement with my former company. You have brewed this issue because of things that have happened with us. Ya Iam pissed about this whole thing, ya I fuckin post too much, ya Iam whining but you would be too if this shit was going on in your life. This guy is pissed that I made a post on GFY about him owing me money and has made posted shit about my program, bewed up shit with my bro enough that they felt the need to see there attorney about it... bleh fuck off ....... I dunno who Iam trying to justify this too , Iam just whining after all so stop reading this thread ..... but if you have read this far know that Aaron has done this because I flaked apparebtly on shoots , and then asked for my money back. Go ahead and do business with a guy who is going to take your money until 'you flake'.
