Also the few times I shoot content for someone else I pay the models myself and shoot them(models are too hard to come by to piss them off) If the client flakes or disappears I can sell the content to others or use it for myself. My wife shot for a photographer who shoots for about 40 different publications, including all the hooters stuff. A very nice man let me hangout. He told me sometimes a magazine will tell him to shoot a girl, he shoots the girl pays her out of his own pocket and the magazine will reject the photographs and he has to sell them to someone else to get back his money. If there was a written agreement none of this would of happened. If they are afraid to sign the deal is not real anyway. lol

I dont know why this seems to fall on my shoulders that I dint create a contract. Granted I know I should have , but I had already done several thousands of dollars of business with him. I don't know how he operates his business , if he requires contracts and what not before and kill fees , then he should have given me the contract to sign. I don't think there are too many webmasters that buy content that are expected write upand send the producer a contract , usually its the other way around. I had no idea he hated me so much and didnt wanna shoot the content, he seemed very willing and ready to when he took the check.
I dunno man I guess its my fault for expecting to get either content or my money back. If I was such a flake and caused him such hardship then why did he take the equipment at all ...... its caca. He decided that he didnt wanna do the content after he called me and asked for $3000 , and I said I wasnt going to pay him to do more shoots if he had done 0 with the $2000. He had just gotten back from Miama WM convention and didn't have that $2000 anymore. I didnt enetr into all these supposed verbal contracts and what not ... I asked the guy to shoot some porno for me ... he said it will cost you this much .. I said I will pay you this much ... he said OK and took my money and did no shoots. I apparently flaked somewhere in there yet he refuses to tell me when I was supposed to do what. I mean its really simple as that , He content producer , I asked him to shoot content, he agreed and took the money , then decided to different stipulations to some verbal contract and deduces that I gave him $750 by asking him to send me as much of a potion as he could. I dont see how this is that complicated ....... oh well I guess I have to spend more money and take him to court , which is a stupid solution for everyone.
I hold no hard feeling against aaron , and this is the last I will post about it. I guess I will post the verdict of small claims judge cause I imagine there will be great reasons why it was my fault that the judge doesnt care about GFY jurys.
