It's because she likes the attention and because she gets paid her share from the papparazi pics! She makes deals with them and even sets up photo ops and gets her cut of the money. For example one time she bought a pregnancy test at Rite Aid and after the pics were circulated she claimed it was "for a friend".
also, She is dating a papparazi now who gets the exclusives and I'm sure she gets her share of that!
Lindsay Lohan is also known to get paid for her papparazi pics.
If I were a celeb I would do the same, if someone is gonna take pics of you, you might as well profit from it and take a cut too, why not?
