Britney violated her custody order, that's why she lost custody. She was supposed to share it with KFED but she didnt turn over her kids when she was supposed to. That was the same night she was commited to Cedars Sinai. And after that she was supposed to go to a hearing, it was her last chance to get the kids back.
"K-Fed and attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan are in the building, Britney hasn't even left her house. Today's hearing is considered Britney's last chance to get any custody back -- if she doesn't show, it could be over for her visitation until at least April."
She never went it, she just drove by, I think she just has anxiety attacks, like she will drive by but not walk in because she gets too anxious.
