I'm pretty certain this is what it boils down to. You were asked a hefty fee (1500). You didn't know how to do it yourself, so you figured it must be tough. Once he did it in few hours, you felt "cheated" because it felt as something rather easy, and he charged you $1500. Well du-hu. He didn't charge you only hours of work, but knowledge of doing it.
Show up the original conversation where you outlined what he has to do, show what he didn't do from that original conversation, then you have something. If he did all you asked in 30 minutes, and charged you 1500 for it, well your problem for accepting it.
And fix your god damn english. If you plan on working on internet, you at least have to have some level of literacy in english language.
