I'm just curious. How long do most CCBill sites give the surfer until they can not get a refund? I'm asking because I just noticed this sale that I got back on the 18th.. somehow I missed it on the day I got it. Unless it just wasn't reported until later. I notice it says the subscription lasted only two days. Yet I'm still getting $8+ for this sale. I thought two days was enough time for the surfer to cancel, no?

I'm glad I get something for it, but am surprised I get anything at all for a subscription that lasted only two days. Or does it change from program to program, and not by CCBill? Also, why do you suppose the average surfer cancels a subscription? Especially if in this case they lose half their money?
