I think that knocking out the local tube sites is a good thing. Hitting hosts and so on will somewhat slow down the trend. Still, as others have mentioned, it just takes a server in Sweden and they are untouchable.
Going after the advertisers and processors is the key. The harder you hit their revenue streams, the less profit there is. This means if you see company's ads next to your full length video, you sue them. They are directly profiting off your copyrighted material. They are using the tube site as a way of laundering money by hiding behind them. The minute you start knocking off their options for revenue is when they have trouble staying afloat.
