I was kinda shocked when I asked the way to the parking garage from the front desk staff and was given directions.
I took them and wound up in the middle of some kind of construction areas, all down long walkways then into another bank of elevators with the work crew. (they were VERY helpful, more than the desk staff) Then I found the car....
Day 2, we figured out the walkway into the 2nd floor and that was at least cooler than the first way into it.
Looking back, I was amazed that the frotn desk staff was sending people down what I would assume would be a construction entrace, workers entrance, not where you would send guests. Thank God the construction crew was there, otherwise, i'd still be walking around probably.
It would be nice if the convention could even rotate to other cities than just Vegas. The streets arent that clean, We walked out of the Venetian mid afternoon one day and were pitched to buy time shares, show tix, everything. By the 2nd block I was going mental almost, the overly agressive pitchmen really need to chill out and leave people the fuck alone, totally pissed us off. Everything was a hustle, it wears on your nerves after the first 30 minutes.
Last time I will stay there, maybe the bellagio next time if I had to hit the show in Vegas
