Ben.. now use fractions.

1 divided by 3 = 1/3 Simple.

Now then, 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3 = 3/3 which is 1

But 1 divided by 3 in the decimal system = .33333333333333333 recuring

.33 +.33 +.33 = .99 Decimals are inaccurate.
