But wouldn't that just mean and other hurdles, and MORE of them?
I mean, think about the "target segregation" there, and then what percentage of infringement charges would actually complete...
I'd imagine uploaders would get tired of the uploading though, with all that risk but no real reward for it..?
Worth more consideration for sure, and to possibly put things into action ahead.
