Could be th very one that posted the Craigslist ad? Maybe he knows the person that posted it? I mean come on, Craigslist ads are free and anonymous. It could be anyone.

That coupled with the fact that the guy only has 100 some odd posts (not that I am one to talk). It could be for views only.
