I wish his parents would have smacked him, every now and then. That's the problem with children nowadays: parents let their rats run amok. They give them gaming consoles, and computers, with little-to-no supervision, hoping they (the devices) turn out to be a good babysitter.
Odds are he thinks this place a pay-per-post forum, and is merely trying to increase his post count.
