Just an update. As promised Ounique has emailed me and I now have the content I have ordered. It seems there has been a breakdown of communication between us on ICQ, which seems to be down to a missing message between us on ICQ.
Anyway, the issue here seems to be that emails from ounique's automated system dont reach me. I have asked Don to check their system to see if they can find any bounce messages which would indicate why the mail didnt get to me or if it did.
As I said in an earlier post, Id like to keep ordering from Ounique and even if I have to get manual links emailed to me each time Im happy to do that.
I really think that the emailed link is an unecessary step which could perhaps be abrigated by providing the link directly from the members area.
