Yes the law concerns the age of the individuals on film at the time it was shot
I mean seriously......you really think you could shoot kiddy porn then wait
till they're 18 and just sell it.....with that logic you can shoot 4 year olds
and just wait till they're adults before selling it....
Hence why you need 2 photo id mugshot with all your docs to comply to
the rules
