I would first like to extend my apologies to Sexfind for not being able to help him with his problem. I remember speaking with you on ICQ but when I tried to ask you some questions about the problem your only reply was that I fix it and then you left ICQ. We do our best to help all of our clients to the best of our abilities, but I'll be the first to admit that I am not perfect. If I could have talked a little more with you I'm sure we could have figured out the problem. As it was, I could only offer a few suggestions and hope that they were effective. What else could I have done, honestly?
We are looking into this problem with our link emails. Only 5% of our clients have had this problem, and I personally do not know why this is happening. Most of the time the client finds the links in their spam file, and some can add our email to the filter so that it will accept our emails. And in some cases there were typos of email addresses as people were filling out their profiles. All email programs are different, and with a little info most problems can be easily solved.
As for our verification process, we are hit weekly with false account information and people using stolen credit cards. If someone places an order and I am not given all of the information requested, I will need to do further inquiries before I can process the order. I'm sure you have all had similar problems. What does everyone else do?
And I agree with DrewKole and Tipsy that downloading 50 sets can be a bit of a hasstle. We do offer to ship your content on a CD by DHL, many orders can be received the very next day. Besides, you can access your content on our site at any time (barring any email problems, of course), so if you do not need all of your order at one time, you can download the sets as you need them.

I will contact Sexfind privately regarding this issue. There is no reason you should not have your content by now. And if you will take a moment to work with me on your email problem, I'm sure we can fix it. I can even set up a private ftp. It's only few sets, it should be up in no time.
