How do you people know if being a sexually active 13 year old boy with a older teacher isn't fucking that kid up mentally?? Heck, one of my friend's 16 yo son had an "affair" with a 45 yo woman. He was in love, she used him as a boy toy. This was 6 years ago and he's still in therapy.
If the teacher were a male would you all be singing the same praises?
13 year olds don't know WTF they are "consenting" to sexually. Especially since now this is all over the news - you really don't think he's going to suffer? Hogwash. Statutory rape is statutory rape - it doesn't matter if it's a male or female.
