Americans are not only in America they are spread out around the world. The same way citizens from other country are also. People are so used to thier foriegn cars and furniture today they have no clue these things are either new to the world economy or if you were lucky enough to own something foreign 30 years ago how much did that piece cost you.

Iraq has many more rules and regulations to live up to than the rest of the world. Possessing weapons of mass destructions is not illegal for a country, otherwise the US would be in trouble.
The question is are the Iraqi living up to the regulations set upon them after they invaded Kuwait.
