I'd venture to say AdultCheck has more subscribers than anyone else. They've been around since the beginning and have an enormous and productive webmaster core.

They have about 370,000 sites. Over 100 employees. If I recall I saw a figure once indicating they have sold over 8 million passes, but not positive on that figure.
