that's because most blacks are already in prison.
fact is 1 out of every 10 black males between 15-40 is either in prison, jail on parole or on probation. No other race has that many.
funny how some of you one the one hand want to claim that blacks don't have any issues with racism, poverty or crime and yet use those very same things as an excuse to why blacks are so far behind other races. which is it?
