I am pissed off at this bartendar

it was a slow night and he still didn't give me the best of service

but you know i ain't a asshole so i gave him the standard 15%
tip

well low in behold i look at my bank transaction and the son of bitch just happen to add an extra 5% to the tip,

I always had suspicions that waiters/bartendars goosed up the tips but this is the first time i ever caught first hand,,

Is this some kind of industry standard?
