This situation would be treated different if it was a 13 year old (willing) girl and an older male.
People wouldn't be talking about it and having a laugh.
They would be calling him all the names under the sun and saying how they would like to kill him etc..
I think this women should be treated the same as if it was the other way around and should receive the same jail time as a male would.
For starters they are calling it rape when it quite clearly is not.

She's been having sex with a minor, some one who is underage and therefore
she should be branded a peadophile, not a rapest and jaild for life
